Skyline Aluminium designs, manufactures and installs aluminium and glass systems from our own workshop in Industrial Area, Al Sajaa, Sharjah. Fabrication takes place at our Al Sajaa workshop in Sharjah, and our installation crews work across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Site access, working hours and delivery routes are planned per emirate to suit building or community regulations.
We work with both standard and thermally broken aluminium profiles, finished in powder coating, anodising or wood-effect sublimation. Glass options include 6mm to 12mm tempered, laminated safety glass and double glazed insulated units. Selection depends on span, wind load, orientation, acoustic requirements and whether the element sits in a wet or high-impact area.
A single door, window or shower enclosure is typically installed within 3 to 7 working days after measurement. Villa window packages usually run 2 to 4 weeks from drawing approval. Large commercial glazing, facade and partition packages are phased against the main construction programme and released floor by floor.
Yes. Our factory produces aluminium doors, windows and kitchen cabinets in volume for contractors, developers, fit-out companies and retailers. Bulk orders are fabricated from a fixed profile series with batch-consistent finishing and scheduled delivery so later phases match earlier ones exactly.
Powder coated aluminium does not warp, rot or rust, which makes it well suited to extreme heat, humidity, sand and coastal salt air. For south and west elevations we recommend thermal break profiles with double glazed or reflective glass to lower surface temperature transfer and reduce cooling load. Drained and vented frame design also prevents water pooling during heavy winter rain.
Yes. Completed work includes villas, apartments, offices, restaurants, retail outlets, hotels, warehouses, factories, schools and healthcare facilities. Residential jobs are usually managed directly with the owner, while commercial packages run through consultants, main contractors or fit-out managers with formal submittals.
Yes. We carry out glass replacement, roller and hinge changes, lock and handle replacement, re-sealing, realignment of sliding tracks and complete replacement of ageing aluminium frames with modern profiles. Where possible we repair rather than replace to keep costs and disruption down.
